Did you know that you have between 6 and 10 thoughts per minute? Over the course of 1 day that is roughly 9600 thoughts. The bible says to take every thought captive. That looks like a huge task on our behalf, doesn't it? In this podcast I am going to talk about a couple of ways to make taking your thoughts captive easier.

We do the same with Father God.  We often give these different ways we communicate with God different titles. Have you ever walked into a room filled with familiar faces, yet no one seemed to recognize you, even though you had been in that place countless times before? In that moment, a wave of emotions may wash over you—loneliness, insignificance, and a profound sense of being unseen or undervalued. Now, imagine the contrast: you step into that same room, and instantly, someone spots you from across the way, rushing towards you with open arms. They envelop you in a warm hug and exclaim how deeply they’ve missed you. In that instant, you feel a rush of love, acceptance, and affirmation; you are reminded of your importance and your place within that community.

Who Do You Believe More: God or the Devil?

Who do you believe more: God or the devil? That is such an outrageous question. Of course, we believe God more than the devil. Or do we? In this podcast, I am going to address a concern I have for many in the body of Christ. I see many believers trying to become something that they already are. They are trying to get something that has already been given to them. Or said another way, they are trying to earn what God has already freely given them. Come along with me as we talk about who we are as children of God and how to walk it out.

Why Did I Do That?

Have you ever made a bad decision and then looked back afterward and had a hard time believing that you could have made that decision? Maybe you haven’t done that, but I know I have. So have many other people. In this podcast, we are going to look at some of the factors contributing to why we make bad decisions and what we can learn to keep us from making them in the future. Along the way, you will hopefully recognize that you are not the only one who has made some bad decisions. We are going to look at the life of a very famous guy in the Bible and examine how he made some really bad decisions.

Do you like to make New Years Resolutions as the New Year approaches? Did you know that 45-50% of Americans make New Years Resolutions? Did you also know that only about 10% of those who make a resolution actually fulfill those resolutions? Happy Hanukkah my friends! I can imagine that my saying that might make some of my Christian friends a bit uncomfortable.
